The dashboard is very easy to navigate and understand. It allows you to quickly see if your content is getting read. The Orangedox platform is very easy to use and has a great UI. All the data is very accessible and it's easy to keep track of your documents. The platform is very secure and the team is very responsive to any questions you might have. The only thing I dislike about Orangedox is the fact that you can only have one document at a time. I like that we can see where people access our site through different browsers as well! It also has some great insights about how much time users spend exploring each page of your website (and you don't get this information elsewhere!), so it makes sense if looking at analytics reports etc.. The only issue i would mention here - maybe there could be an option in dashboard view settings not available when viewing via mobile devices? I like how easy it was to set up all of our clients in my organization! It took me about 20 minutes total (5 mins each). The setup process has everything you would expect - but if there isn't something that your org needs/uses then just ask support as they're great at helping out when needed!! We use Orangedox to manage our file sharing between our Legal department and our Accounting department. It has made it much easier for us to share information with each other in an efficient manner. I do not like that you have to download all of your files at once before you can start using it. If you're looking to be able to access shared files quickly I would suggest going through the training so that you understand how everything works. Not only that but it also makes managing client work easy by putting everything you'd like to share at your fingertips from Word docs to PDFs even presentations (if needed).
