It helps to collect and track all the documents and files we send to our customers. We had used it before but it was not as helpful as it is now. All the documents we send to them and all the documents we receive from them are tracked, and it shows us at a glance what they have viewed. Nothing much to dislike. It is not easy to use for new users. It takes some time to learn all the features. But other than that, it is good. It is a very useful tool. We use it to track all the documents (like marketing material and etc) we send to our customers and to track the documents we receive from them. It is helpful to see at a glance what documents they have viewed. We also use it to track the documents we send to our clients and those they send to us.
