Collars, harnesses and leashes are too big for my dog

I ordered a medium size based on the description but I had to fully tighten the collar and every time I tugged a little on the leash it would it slip away. The buckle doesn't seem to stay tight, so the collar doesn't unbutton and retains its previous length. Looks like I need to exchange for a smaller size. Overall good thickness and pressure is pretty good. Not perfect with some colors and graphics but good for the price
