I bought a laptop on 11/5/2022 in the official Huawei online store for 48k. with pennies. Sent by courier in 24 hours, as a gift they gave an excellent roomy backpack for a laptop. I was happy with the purchase, but after a couple of days of use, I noticed a backlash on the touchpad - it seemed to freeze if you actively use it, and especially if you press the physical buttons on it. I scoured the Internet - it turned out that the problem is rare, but it occurs on this device. I called technical support, they advised me how to try to solve the problem with "conservative treatment" - it did not help. The next day I took it to the Huawei service center in St. Petersburg, where they diagnosed the device on the spot: they said that no touchpad defects were found - goodbye. But when I personally showed the master how hard the touchpad backlash was, they nevertheless replaced it, along with the keyboard and the entire front panel. Now everything works flawlessly. I spent 4 hours in Huawei then, but without removing the laptop and all in one day. Overall a great laptop for the money! A good, nimble ultrabook for those who do not need to play heavy games or professionally edit video. Although, maybe a laptop will do for these purposes too :) I definitely advise those who need a good, pleasant and reliable machine to work at an adequate price.
- 1. Autonomy - from one charge 6-7 hours of active use of office programs, video conferencing, etc. work. In video playback mode, you can squeeze out 9 hours. 2. Appearance and design - the laptop looks more expensive than its money, pleasant tactile sensations from contact with the case 3. Performance - quite fast, but I use it more for work and watching videos on the Internet 4. Huawei Share function is a great solution for owners of smartphones from Honor and Huawei. I don't use it every day, but it always helps and makes life easier. 5. Fingerprint scanner - very convenient. I already forgot the last time I entered my password :) 6. Compact and light 7. Windows out of the box
- 1. The case and keyboard are quite easily soiled, they collect all prints 2. The back cover is pressed through, but if you do not press the specialist, then everything is OK 3. Touchpad backlash (see comment) 4. The camera in the keyboard is a matter of taste, but I had to buy an external webcam, because I use zoom all the time, I needed a camera with an adequate viewing angle. If you only occasionally use the camera and for private calls, where the viewing angle is not important, then this is not a problem. 5. Weak backlighting of the keyboard - only 2 modes, and those are not very good, I would like to be more powerful. But in general, everything is visible in the dark
