This rack is useful, but not very sturdy. The wheels won't stay on if you try to move it from one location to another, but A LOT of clothes fit on it. If you are planning to keep it in one place, then it will definitely work for you. If you plan on moving it around a lot, then try something a bit sturdier. I would just warn that when you are putting on the bottom support poles (the ones with the brackets-the flat pieces), make sure that the holes at the top of those poles are facing inward (towards each other to the center of the unit). I liked the styling of this product as it needs to sit out until my closet is repaired. I liked that this item was easy to assemble. I appreciate that it has shelves and also that it fits well in a room with a slanted ceiling.

I like and use this rack a lot. The directions could have been written a little more descriptively. I had to take it apart (numerous pieces) twice to assemble it correctly. Also, the wood piece (paint dipped to appear as wood) didn’t fully get covered by the attached metal piece so it looks a tiny bit uneven. It works well and serves its purpose, but is not as aesthetically pleasing because I’m drawn to the part the was made incorrectly.

Instructions for assembly suck but if you has problem solving skills of an 8 year old you can figure it out. Take your time. In the end, it's exactly what my wife wanted me to get her.

The clothes rack arrived well packaged. Every piece was individually packed and labeled, including all the different screws. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I personally opted out to just follow the video on Revain and used my electric screwdriver, which made the assembly process pretty easy and quick (15-20 min). I love this rack but I don’t use it for clothes. I use it as a rolling plant stand for hanging plants in both rails and the shelf. I couldn’t have designed it better to my specs. Assembly was easy. I did have a slight issue with one wheel but the seller’s customer was quick, responsive and they were AWESOME!

I used this rack to storage my heavy cowboy boots on hooks. With I had ordered the white one instead; it would complement my closet space better. I would order this item again and recommend to others.

The O screws wouldn’t fit into parts E and D this making the product not useable as a double clothing rack. The product may be prone to rusting if exposed to moisture.

Instructions were unreliable, parts labeled poorly or not at all and to make matters worse some of the pipes were damaged/dented. They really need to work on quality control and instructions, if you can get past these frustrating nuisances and actually assemble it successfully it's a decent product at best, for the price you would expect something better.

Wasn’t that bad to assemble, but it came with one less bolt than it should have so I couldn’t make it as sturdy as it should be right out of the box.

This is a cute little rolling rack. It was a bit of a pain to assemble because most of the pieces can be turned either way, but work best when the indented screw holes are facing a specific way. I had to take off three of the long vertical poles and turn them around then reattach them to the base so the indents were on the right side. Another issue was a few of the screws wouldn’t thread tightly, so you can keep turning them even though they should be completely screwed in.I plan to use this…

The rack itself is great but as other reviewers have mentioned it was missing pieces and I ended up having to go buy several bolts and nuts to finish putting it together. Once it was together it's a great little rack. I'm just disappointed that it was missing pieces.
