Overall good product. I would just warn that when you are putting on the bottom support poles (the ones with the brackets-the flat pieces), make sure that the holes at the top of those poles are facing inward (towards each other to the center of the unit). The instructions do have a general very vague statement about that, but it is not clear until you get many steps ahead and start to put on the curved pieces. and then you have to take them all apart again to turn them around. The parts are well labeled with each in its own bag with the part letter and the number of the parts on each bag. (the bags are all open at the top though, so take them out one by one.). The hardware was all there with lots of extra pieces for each type of hardware. The only reason why I gave it one less star was the instruction issue. It also isn't the sturdiest, but I don't know that it needs to be particularly heavy. It is made in China.
