I wish it came with instructions but that's my only complaint. I was able to figure it out, but I'm usually good at things like this. This can confuse someone. I was pleased with the quality. That was hard. The top piece that goes to the top bar is a little tricky to install as I had to tighten the bolt through the spokes, but it wasn't impossible. I bought it for my 26" Huffy Catalina bike. and I love it, mostly because it can carry things. Its basket can hold 10 pounds and the rear end can hold 22 pounds. However, its footrest wasn't made for a heavy bike , especially carrying the extra weight. I carried everything with me from grocery bags, small bags of kitty litter, and even baby orange trees. The bike holds up but the kickstand doesn't. I installed it for extra support. The only problem is, that it prevents my other footpeg from elevating fully but it doesn't interfere with my bike so that's a minor issue.
