Style and size as expected. I'm a nurse and initially I wasn't sure about the back strap because I see all the Birkenstock Boston surgeons and they look cool, but I'm really glad I chose Tokyo. The harness keeps the bad guys out when I run. I have very flat feet so arch support seems minimal but I've heard they take a while to wear out so time will tell how comfortable they are. Many people ask about the slim and regular fit. Inside the box is a chart showing the size options (image included). Some say there is no difference between the two, but I think there is. I can't confirm for sure as I don't have a comparison, but my foot fit perfectly in a tight spot. The seller was directly from Germany. Delivery was faster than stated. Worth the discount.
