I've been using this pillow for a week and I'm very satisfied. The pillowcase is fantastic and the memory foam is lovely. I followed the directions and placed the pillow on a flat surface for 24 hours. The odor reported by others is gone and the foam is soft. For me personally, the pillow needed a little more filling, but the customer service from this company makes up for it. I left my review, they emailed me at 12pm and sent a second pillow so I could fill mine to my liking. I don't know many companies that still put the customer first. I encourage everyone to try this pillow and this company. You will not be disappointed. 03/20/2020I'm still living on my pillow, it held up wonderfully. I just had to order a second one for my partner because they kept stealing mine. :)
