I purchased 5mm secure back pearl earrings and they were exactly what I was looking for. I needed pearl earrings that I could wear everyday (without taking them off) and the clasp at the back wouldn't hurt me when I lay down. They are great for grooming and not at all difficult to put on if you are experienced with steel lip piercings. The bead is a little smaller than most (5mm was the largest) but for a casual look it works. to me the material doesn't look like it's going to turn green, but we'll see.
