Review on 🍞 Wusthof Classic Bread Knife, 1 Size, Ebony, Stainless Steel by Judy Spillman

I'm more loyal to the brand than you would believe and I couldn't decide for a very long time whether I prefer Henckels or Wusthof knives. This latest addition to my knife set has finally sparked my love for Wüsthof knives (sorry Henckels!). My previous serrated knife was a 5 inch utility knife that was part of the Zwilling JA Henckels Twin Pro S 7 piece knife set and it has never been so convenient and has been too short. Slicing feels very easy with this 8 inch knife and I had no problem slicing large loaves of bread. Both crusty and soft bread will cut cleanly and won't crush the bread. Didn't mash the tomatoes either. I like that the handle feels solid and is comfortable to hold. I chose this knife over the 9 inch version of the knife as the 9 inch version costs a little more and I don't understand how an inch can add such a huge difference in value.
