Google does not care enough about their products to ensure that your high priced purchase is promptly and professionally supported when purchasing through Revain and NOT the Google Store. They have a different policy if it's not from the Google Store. This is the first Google phone I bought from Revain eight months ago and the NFC chip has failed (obviously a common problem with this phone). Google only offers two types of support for my phone: 1. Send it in for a "potential" (non-guaranteed) replacement, which takes 5-10 business days2. uBreakiFix service same day. Both variants are not suitable for people who use their mobile phone as the only means of communication privately and professionally. This completely rules out option 1. Option #2 doesn't work either. uBreakiFix doesn't have a good reputation and if they damage your phone during the repair, Google won't take any responsibility. Because of this and also because my last 3 Google phones (Pixel and Nexus) had hardware issues I will not be buying Google again having been a long time customer who has spent thousands of dollars on Google devices. So beware buyers.
