Extremely bad documents and lack of information about the product

The only paperwork is a leaflet that is 75 percent Chinese and 25 percent English, so poorly and vaguely written that it's useless. There is no wizard to set up this computer. It's not a problem for me, but for some it is. The price is right. It seems to be working fine after a few hours. There is a practice of getting positive reviews that I disagree with, but I can't speak about it as I feel that's why I wasn't allowed to give my first review.
