Works well except bezel won't attach. This makes it useless to travel with as it will fall apart. For home use, you either need to connect a special cable that you don't use for anything else, or be extremely careful when unplugging the cable so it doesn't fall apart. Tried both types of screws that came with the unit and the small oval front would not attach. Remember that you have to put everything together. Nothing complicated, it just takes time. Must handle the drive with kid gloves due to a design flaw (or maybe mine came damaged).
