Review on 🚴 BALEAF Women's Padded Bike Underwear: Quality Cycling Clothing for Comfy Biking Shorts & Spin Undershorts by Awiwi Swift

I bought both the 001 black style (top of the pictures) and the 02 black style with a wider elastic waistband and branding outside (below in the pictures) with the intention of wearing it under leggings. This is my first purchase of Baleaf products and overall I am happy with the 001 black style especially for my needs. I've only tried them on and haven't ridden them yet, but thought it might be helpful for some to compare as the styles are a bit different. Suede/Upholstery: The cushion itself is the same on both. 001-black has the padding securely sewn into the seams of the underwear with an overlock stitch, while 02-black has the padding simply zigzag stitched to the existing underwear and does not appear durable. in my opinion and not too soft. I need more padding on moans where I sit and less padding across my bum and that seems to do what I'm looking for. No diaper! Haven't walked them yet, so can't comment on long-term ride comfort. Leg Openings: The stitching around the 001 leg openings are softer and less visible than those of the 02, although the 02 stitching could be a bit more durable. The 001 leg holes remind me more of real underwear, while the 001 is more self-wearing. The seam of both is visible under the leggings, but I think 001 is less visible. Waistband: The main reason I wanted to try 02 was a wider waistband, hoping things would look smoother. Ironically, the belt around the waist caused more buns than a pair of 001s. The 02 has a very thick elastic inside. I found that while the 001 didn't exactly fit snugly around my waist, it performed better overall. Overall Fit: I ordered a large in both. I weigh 165 pounds and am 5 feet 3 inches tall. I find both true to size, although the 002 style may run slightly smaller due to the waistband. Final Thoughts: 02 seems made to be worn alone. It also seems like they simply sewed suede into an existing product. It looks like 001 is meant to be worn as real underwear. For my needs, I think I'll eventually return the 02 and keep the 001. I'm still looking for seamless suede underwear to wear with leggings.
