I bought this book bag for my daughter. She liked that the small front pocket used a magnet to open/close instead of a strap. (There is a laptop compartment and additional compartments in the large bag) The size is big enough for her books, but still petite and trendy enough that the young lady doesn't look like she's going on a hike. The material was pretty good and the straps are solid and worth the price. Overall a good product. And the best part is that her best friend has a black girl.
