It took a long time to return to the warehouse, but the product itself is unlikely to be affected. This is by far the best seat cushion/extra back support I have ever used. The material is very soft and has just the right amount of padding, not too much and not too little. Absolutely to recommend. Edit: 30 minutes after writing this review, the stitching holding the right arm inward came undone. Normally I would deduct a star for something like this, but honestly the stitches look very close together and are well made, however the thread used is a bit flimsy. I have to throw a user error, although that's still a bummer. =
