Ugh so Xbox time bothers me. From controllers to headsets, something breaks all the time and we ALWAYS need to replace one or both. We have an old Xbox 360 and all the original controllers that came with it. I'm not sure what went wrong with the Xbox One and all the accessories that were sold for it, but they all suck. We've tried sooo many brands, bought warranties (another annoying issue) and this controller was no different. The Y button kept getting stuck and falling through. For some reason this remote only turns itself off during gameplay when it's plugged in and the Xbox starts to reboot. Since I replaced this controller (about a week) this problem has stopped. Not happy, but I blame Xbox for many of the problems.
