The ease of use for both presenter and listeners alike, as well as being able to have multiple participants in one call or meeting using just one system! Sometimes it does seem like there are some bugs that need fixing but this platform has proven itself to be quite stable over time so I don’t anticipate any problems with stability once its fully implemented within our organization. We love having everyone on one site when communicating about projects, schedules, etc. This eliminates us from emailing links back and forth which saves tons of time. I like that it's easy for people in different locations or time zones to communicate with each other, using video calls from your office phone system. We haven't used many features of this software yet but so far things are going well! It has been very helpful because we can easily see who else in our team needs help at any given moment as opposed to just sending emails back and forth which could be missed by someone and get forgotten about (a big problem when you have 50+ employees).
