I am a very experienced Mac user. (30 years old) I know how to set up hard drives. I use Final Cut Pro. I am a high level PC user. I have several G drives that work fine. I had to upgrade to RAID. There are no instructions for this disc. This is not intuitive. I found a YouTube video with step by step instructions but the G-Drive website has changed. I'm smart enough to figure out how to download the G-Drive app. It crashes every time I try to format the drive to RAID. (See image.) I found instructions for the MAC RAID ASSISTANT disk utility. Completed each step but the last button turns gray and can't continue. I'm not stupid but I've spent hours on this and can't find any instructions on how to mount this drive as a mirrored RAID. I give low ratings to tech support which may change if they contact me and resolve the issue. However, this drive cannot yet be configured as a healthy RAID.
