This bra says "Medium Hit" but I'm not sure if that's true. I actually find it less supportive than my everyday underwired bra. No chafing which is great. The racerback style is very high and cuts into the shoulders/base of the neck and the sides don't have good coverage or support. I've been wearing them for almost 6 months now and for my runs I've switched to a completely different brand and style Brooks 3 Reason bra which is extremely supportive and comfortable - no racer back and adjustable hook and eye closures. I still use these bras for strength training because they are less traumatic.
