I was very excited to get these headphones until I received them. One of the earbuds didn't work so I decided to just charge the case and earbuds. When I finally tried them, they wouldn't connect to any of my devices - phone, laptop, and iPad. In the end, when it finally connected to my phone, one of the headphones had no sound. To top it off, the side where it was couldn't get sound in and out and everything was static! I went back to read the reviews and found that most of the reviews weren't about headphones at all.
