I am attaching a photo with a vitamin with YM and with Eicherb. I can immediately say that the original, but different countries of manufacture, so there is a difference in design. You can compare by photo. But the composition is the same, maybe somewhere the concentration in English vitamins is less. In appearance and stink of capsules, there are no differences. There is an effect - more power. But after a month of taking it, I did not notice a huge difference, as was the case with the American ones. It is quite possible this is due to the fact that the first time I drank them after covid.
