I am in my 50's and very active. But my testosterone levels have been bad for years. I have tried all treatments for 5 years. - Injections but I hated injecting myself and levels went up and down quickly. - Creams were useless - Pills claimed to bypass the liver and cause no side effects. But they did not help and are very expensive - pellets, implants every 4 months. This is the only treatment that increased my levels BUT the implantation caused severe bruising and pain. I found it awful. I stumbled across them online and was lucky enough to know someone who can buy them in bulk for half the price. My testosterone level was 220 (I was only 100) after taking 1 pill daily for 1-2 months. My T level went up to 560! I also increased my intake of good fats (MCT oil, olive oil in smoothies, avocados). I have to forget that the low-fat diet caused more problems in men, like low T levels and heavy training! It helps keep estrogen balanced and I have no idea how, but it WORKS FOR ME! Never felt better! Hope this helps others. I don't leave many reviews, but low hormone levels are life changing.
