Great for small mouths and light clenching
I've worn bite guards for years and thought it was great until I realized they hurt my jaw because they're bulky and encourage more clenching. It's very thin and small, so not ideal for heavy coffee grinders or big mouths, but I have a child-sized mouth and need it. It has a front guard, which is important because it's so small it doesn't protect the front teeth without that part. I have a bad bite, no grinder just tight and my jaw twitches in my sleep so this is a great little sentinel for me.
