Not sure what to think of this
This is my second Julian backpack from Rebecca Minkoff. My first one was stolen two years ago so I finally replaced it this week. I'm very surprised at how hard it is, despite multiple reviewers saying the same thing. My first one I bought was from Zappos and it was soft and flexible. I'll keep it to myself as I really like this style and hope it softens the skin sooner rather than later. I'm also considering contacting Rebecca Minkoff.
