🎒 Rebecca Minkoff Julian Backpack for Women Review

The design is so beautiful but the leather is very stiff, making the backpack feel like cardboard. Looking at the picture and the design I thought it was a very loose and flexible skin. But that's not the case. Also, the zipper is very sharp and hurts a bit when opening or closing.

I just brought this brand new backpack to Europe and after a few days of use one of the shoulder straps started to break. I submitted a return request and was told it might be too late to return. I only recently bought it, less than two months ago, and never used it before traveling to Europe. Very disappointed.

Excellent backpack. I travel with it often now as you can snap a hook at the top and zip secure the main compartment. I like the zippered pocket on the back for easy access to your phone or small items. This is the type of bag you will only love more with years/adventures. Very glad I made the investment.

This is my second Julian backpack from Rebecca Minkoff. My first one was stolen two years ago so I finally replaced it this week. I'm very surprised at how hard it is, despite multiple reviewers saying the same thing. My first one I bought was from Zappos and it was soft and flexible. I'll keep it to myself as I really like this style and hope it softens the skin sooner rather than later. I'm also considering contacting Rebecca Minkoff.

I first bought an RM Julian Fiber bag and although it was a stylish backpack it had no inside pockets and only 2 front zipped pockets. This leather version has 3 outside pockets and 3 inside pockets. The trail is more organized and right in my lane. I love pebbled leather, which is a bit stiffer than fibrous to help it hold its shape. Revain had this at a great price and of course it came quickly. Can't beat Revane. I'm glad I took the risk of buying the leather version of Julian.

This is the perfect travel backpack, especially if you want to look stylish! I love that I can partially close the main compartment so no one opens it while I'm out and about in a new city and the pocket that sits at the back of the bag. The leather is very nicely ribbed and looks like it should hold up well in any environment. I can definitely say this is a top notch product.
