The size is about one and a half times smaller than usual.
About half the size of a regular take out box. As shown in the pictures, about 4 large eggs/4-5 sweet potatoes/one medium apple (sliced) can be put in a box. I'm on a diet. It has helped me to prepare a variety of meals in small portions for 2-3 days. It's well made and stacks well in the fridge. For a typical adult meal, I'd say 2.5 pounds might be more than enough.
