Lighting works. With this in mind, the listing of this product shows that the light shines over a much larger area. When mine light up they look more like two headlights covering an area about 5 feet back. Installation was a nightmare. The "template" you receive is not the correct size. After tracing it into my bumper and cutting a hole, I spent the next hour shaving the edges until it finally fit. Also note if your bumper is not perfectly flat. There will be a gap even if the light is pulled down. As I said, they work. Not as good as I had hoped.
