Only one star because I had to pick something but didn't get a chance to use it properly. I didn't know much about audio jacks before purchasing this item (and many others). Due to a lack of product descriptions, unhelpful support people, and having given up many times, it took me months to finally know that the speakers and mic in my headphones were working simultaneously. First, I need an audio cable with a built-in microphone (a regular audio cable doesn't do anything for the headphone's built-in microphone), and second, I needed 4-pin connectors on the audio cable extension. I invested a lot of time and money to get the results I wanted.
