My Pomeranian loves to wear these dog shoes. They keep her feet clean as she roams our woods and protect her from the hot pavement outside. Also perfect for keeping feet dry and warm in winter. Mainly from rock salt. Not only do they protect it from getting wet, but they also protect it from splinters, which we've encountered before. Wearing them is far better than getting an infected paw, which is both painful and expensive to treat. They are super quality rubber bottoms and super adorable.
