The ability to track employee performance, create reports that can be shared with managers or employees themselves are some great features I appreciate about this application! It's easy enough for my small team (3-5) in our organization but it could use more robust reporting capabilities so we don't have as many manual updates/edits after launch. We've found ways around most issues though by writing scripts ourselves using Python scripting language within workitems' properties pages. This has created automated tasks which saves us time when reviewing them manually afterwards. For example - one script would check if an email was sent out successfully via API call from another service before approving its status; other checks were made against internal databases etc., all without needing any direct interaction between services once they're set up correctly. Also helps keep everyone informed at every step along their way towards getting things done and completing projects / assignments faster than expected due to automation. Overall.
