I understand that a $50 tablet is certainly far below the professional level, but this thing isn't very well put together. The tablet itself is fine, there's little you can do to make the plastic wrap better or worse. It has a little more friction than I expected and definitely doesn't feel like a pen or pencil on paper. A very cheap plastic pen with a couple of cheap buttons. My stylus arrived broken and I was never able to get it to work 100%. It draws before it touches the tablet and moves the cursor or pen when it hovers over the tablet. It seems to be something of a thing as there has been a decent amount of chatter on the help blog. None of the troubleshooting steps worked for me. What keeps me from repurchasing or buying a better tablet is the complete lack of a way to contact support. Something tells me that sending in a new $2 stylus would fix my problem, but I couldn't find a chat button or an email address to contact Wacom. $50 is fine - I won't accept any favors, but there's no way I'm going to put a few hundred down a black hole. The product is ok and worth a try for the money. I'm sending mine back and if you have something similar to mine you can too.
