Sitting in front of a computer gave me terrible headaches so I bought these glasses because the reviews seemed good and blue light blocking glasses should help with headaches. The delivery took longer than I expected so I just bought others (less expensive) as a "backup" and used them at the same time. When they arrived, I put them on straight away but found them too tight on my medium sized head and the shade was EXTREMELY yellow! However, since I spent more on it than a cheaper replacement pair of glasses, I forced myself to wear them all morning. I ended up with a bigger headache than not wearing blue light goggles at all! I ended up giving them to my kids, who have much smaller heads (because they're KIDS). I really can't recommend these glasses to any adult. I made myself wear them all morning.
