It flexes but doesn't stay bent
This antenna has a foldable top but I'm not sure what it does as it doesn't stay in a flexed position. If it had stayed in a crouched position I would have seen the benefit of a longer antenna on a portable ham while still being portable. I've noticed a slight improvement in range, it doesn't seem to pick up as much interference internally which improves reception.
