Review on 🎀 25-Yard Black Velvet Ribbon, 3/8-Inch Wide by Hannah Curi

I really wish I could write a good review on this because the price was so good. I hate writing negative reviews. I can't use most of it. First, it's dented all over as I can assume it's either been stored in a hot place or just wrapped tightly. Which part I could use, I had to iron. And even then it was very difficult to smooth out the wrinkles. Second, it's damaged. It looks like someone pulled a thread from the middle of the tape through most of the spool. It has a cutting line along its entire length. I had to go through the whole spool and cut off all the good, which was about 20%. The rest went in the garbage. I bought it to make chokers but it ended up being a waste of money. Maybe I have an incorrect spool ID. However, do not buy again.
