Our company released VoIP phones a few years ago and after testing many types of headsets for our employees' use, we chose this one model decided. He just has the right punch for the dollar. But it all depends on how you treat them. Don't expect a $20 headset to last forever. As for me, I've been using the same headset for over two years with no problems because I take good care of it. Sometimes I accidentally drop it, but it hasn't affected anything yet. However, some of our users subject them to extreme treatment: take off their headset and throw it at random on the table, rip the USB plug out of their PC, roll the USB cable around with a chair. They generally don't last very long, and we've sent many (20-30 I think) to e-waste because the mic stopped working, the USB connector was bent, the speakers stopped working, or they were turning on and off or banged and so on. So again it all depends on how you feel about them. If you're looking for a headset that will stand the test of time, this isn't it. But if you're on a budget and need something that's easy to use and has great sound (speakers and mic), you've found it.
