Apply with hands, not cotton pads!

I’m impressed. This toner REALLY cleared up my breakouts. I tried applying the toner using cotton pads at first, but didn’t see much results. I switched to applying the toner directly to my skin and rubbing it in with my hands and saw WAY better success.Using a cotton pad will just waste this great product.
