Lid cracked the first time. I was careful with this since the parts are plastic, but it happened anyway. Possibly jumped in shipping? Unfortunately 30 days have passed so this is a Gorilla Tape repair. Addendum: Company contacted. They have great customer service and they made it to my satisfaction.

Great product. It's smaller than I thought, but I didn't pay attention to the measurements when ordering. I use it to store my car care gear and I can fit almost anything including all towels in the bottom drawer, bottles of wax and polish in the middle drawer, and my buffer and pads in the top drawer. The folding handle is very strong and the box rolls easily.

Compared to other toolboxes like this one from Revain, this is a very good deal. It's quite strong but tends to flex a bit when twisted from above. The boxes will stick but with a bit of WD40 it will surely go away. The only thing that bothers me is the lower sloping drawer, it had to be pulled straight out because everything that is at the level of the drawer hits the top when closing and does not allow it to close.

I ordered this tool kit thinking it was very light, flimsy and fragile. I was surprised by the strength and reliability of the device. It's a bit tragic that a simple design flaw ruins much of the functionality of this product.
