This is a GREAT tool box at a GREAT price. I work as an IT professional on the go and wanted something I could use as an all-purpose toolkit for "everything I typically need" and here it is. Pros: - The block breaks down into 3 separate blocks which means I can disassemble it and put it in the back seat of my car without putting it to one side. I have expensive tools and I don't want them just scattered around the device. Note that the bottom is slightly larger as a handle is attached to it and may need to be placed at the back if space is limited. Everything is available without damaging the device. The wheels and handle seem solid enough. The time will tell. - It feels stable with the drawers open, doesn't feel like it's tipping over. - The fasteners that hold everything together are metal and they are very strong when the unit is assembled. - It's a good size for my needs. Overall it seems well designed for my needs. Cons: - NOT easy to use on stairs. In my case, when I go up/down the stairs, I actually take them apart, carry them, and then put them back together. Fortunately, the actual breakage and reassembly happens very quickly. It's just the hassle of multiple trips. - The two lower cabinets do not have a built-in latch, the upper one has two metal latches. There are holes that can be used to install a lock or some sort of interrogation through each of the 3 drawers, but nothing built into the block will keep the bottom two closed. However, they usually remain closed. Overall, this is the best I've found so far for my needs.
