I love this product and it is hard to find so I order it from them directly on Ebay. Whomever decided to ship it in an envelope versus a box, still has me thinking, really? I put my hand in the bag to pull it out and it was all over my hand, it was gross. I hope they think twice on how to ship it, in the future. This is a handy tool that will work for many uses around the home, but keep your expectations on par with the price. Setting it up to use with my iPhone 8 was OK. The app didn't download properly from the Appstore the first go around, so I uninstalled it and tried again. The second installation was successful and I was able to join the Jetion Wifi network to pair the phone app with the endoscope camera. Picture taken two months after wearing daily!I bought these for my girlfriend, and she typically wears an 8 1/2 in boots (leaving room for thicker socks), but because this brand offers no half sizes beyond 7 1/2, I ordered her a 9. The 9 is too big even with thicker socks and shearling inserts. She says they are comfortable, waterproof, and warm (not sure if so without shearling insert). I'd like to start saying that I bought three of these. I'll seem to be of the same quality. Product seems to be very sturdy and well built. The thickness of the metal seems to be a bit thicker than some other similar cheap products that I have bought. The locks are definitely not of the best quality but they work for what they are. I wish there was an option to order multiple keyed in the same lock number. If they were all keep the same I give it five out of five stars. I especially like the froSee full review

These fit me just right for overnight wear with ointment. They are just a bit heavier than expected, so I always end up taking them off during the night, when I get too warm. I may not be able to use them in the summer, but then my hands don't get so dry in the summer. The bottom handle is 1/2 inch short than standard old handles if you are going to replace them. Old handles had bottom hole "adjustable" and so measure it before buying this one. I ended up drilling a hole above existing one to make this handle fit. Now I see half of old hole stick out.Fingerprint reader is iffy. You have to put the finger accurately.
