I love this product and it is hard to find so I order it from them directly on Ebay. Whomever decided to ship it in an envelope versus a box, still has me thinking, really? I put my hand in the bag to pull it out and it was all over my hand, it was gross. I hope they think twice on how to ship it, in the future. What a waste of product, packaging, time, etc versus taking time to package it correctly. We all have bad days, I get that. The product itself is really nice and I notice a big difference when I use it, my hair settles nicely with it with very little frizz, still curly. It flat irons out nicely too.
