For reference, I have very fine and thin hair. I do not have a lot of hair and it's as straight as an arrow so natural volume is nonexistent. I do not use conditioner and I currently have a bob so I don't know if that makes a difference in how well it does for me.This works really well for me and makes my hair look like there's more of it and also gives it a ton of volume. I use about 1 to 2 quarter-size amounts in towel-dried hair and mostly work it into my scalp and then I completely blow dry

Used this product on my fine hair to give it some body, and it did not disappoint. Tried other similar hair products but this is by far the best.

Unfortunately, this volumizing mouse did not volumize my hair at all. Hair unfortunately, continued to look limp. Used a different brand for a while but it's most likely discontinued as I can't find that brand.

I used it on towel-dried hair, put it in a pony tail and went to sleep. The next day my hair felt luscious and was easy to style with a few twirls of my curling iron. So far, so good. My habit is to wash my hair every other day. So I put my hair in a loose pony tail and went to bed. Hair was good the second day, but the roots were really greasy. Hence, 4 instead of 5 stars.

Great product! I’ve used it a couple of times ! Adds volume. Has a nice smell. Sometimes I do have to work it through my hair really good with a brush using the blow dryer because it will make my hair a little "crunchy”. Just drying my hair a little more gets rid of the crunch. Great product in my opinion!

I can definitely tell a difference in the volume in my hair when I apply this before blow drying. I have fine hair and this is light and gives my hair a noticeable lift. Would recommend.

I have very thin hair but this product seems to work great but I do have to reapply it however it doesn’t coat the hair and keeps in place.

I thought I'd try this instead of my usual mousse. It works ok, but does not give my fine hair the body I'm used to. I'll probably be switching back to my former product.

I have naturally straight and flat hair. This makes my hair feel a little stiffer/textured, which is how I know it's actually working to boost up my hair volume. I have very fine, thinning hair. I've been trying to find a mousse that doesn't cause lots of static electricity in my hair, especially in winter. This does cause some, but much less than others I've tried. Be careful not to use too much or it hardens in the hair. And it helps to comb it several times while it dries. (I air dry my hair.)

I am 70 with fine, thinning graying hair. This product applied after towel drying clean hair left my hair so limpless and lifeless, I couldn't do a thing with it. It just made my hair too soft. If you have fine, thinning hair you will know exactly what I am talking about. I was very disappointed.

I had switched to this to save money about 6 + months ago. Then my dyed brown hair started turning brassy. I used Matrix shampoo for brassy hair but I was using the John Frieda Mouse after every shampoo so it was brassy again. I have very thin, fine, straight hair. It has been hard to find something to give it body without making it feel dirty and flakey. I like this product. It performed well when I used heat to dry it.

I have used just about every product for fine hair to get volume there is - this is absolutely the BEST I've found! I have used very pricey stuff, cheap stuff, whatever would promise to do it and none of it worked. At best you would get a little volume but it would be gone in an hour. Good product at good price. Just a little heavier mousse than I'm used to since I have fine hair. Would recommend though. Just use less.

I've used this product for 2-3 years and I love it. I have thick hair w/body. but I've lost the coarseness I once had. so this product adds texture that I now need. It seems to also add body and helps hold my curl in.
