Beautiful door handle with multiple features of opening the door. The door is battery operated so if it runs out of battery you have a pair a keys just in case, but you can also unlock with a fingerprint, access card, or pass code. So far each one has worked fine. It also has auto lock if you forget to lock your door which I tried to use, but sometimes when I'm going in and out the door I don't close the door in time, so I turned off although it's a nice option. The bottom handle is 1/2 inch short than standard old handles if you are going to replace them. Old handles had bottom hole "adjustable" and so measure it before buying this one. I ended up drilling a hole above existing one to make this handle fit. Now I see half of old hole stick out.Fingerprint reader is iffy. You have to put the finger accurately. It's not like phone where a little difference in angle would still work. Here it won't.Overall, it's an OK product

Not near as heavy and sturdy as I expected for the price point. The deadbolt pin sort of slightly wobbles around in its frame and has wiggle room which I have not seen before in any deadbolt mechanism before. The door handle is not at all heavyweight and the thumb latch is a little wobbly as well. Had to shut the door a couple times before it latched. I would prob choose something else

This doorlock and handle combo look really nice, the materials don’t seem cheaply made or constructed. I haven’t been able to install it on our door yet, but I will soon and will post photos/video when I get it working. It does come with a drill bit which is nice to have the correct size from the get-go instead of trying to guess the correct size. This was lock set was delivered early in good packaging. The finish is very nice. Installation was very easy and straightforward. However, the programming was very difficult due to incomplete instructions. Words were missing or poor translation. There are online and you tube instructions for the install, but not programming so it took a while to figure out. Now that it is done, it works like a champ!

After using several weeks. I should say I love it. It's easy to use, has great features. The fingerprint identification is fast, key entry works great. This is replacing a well know brand on our front door. I can say that the handle is a much better quality than the Q brand. Our handle failed because the catch mechanism is a c shape that barely goes all the way through. This has a square shaped one that goes through. As far as the electronic deadbolt, it runs off of 4 AA batteries. So far so good but I will update after winter on that part. I had a pre-existing manual lock that I wanted to replace with something electronic. I wanted to keep the door locked but give the code to my family so they can come in whenever they wanted. The lock installed right in place where the existing holes were. No cutting or drilling required. It was easy to install. I initially liked this product. Easy to install and somewhat modern looking. However, after a couple of months the faceplate came unglued from the front and warped. As a result of the warping, have had troubles with entering passwords. Additionally, the fingerprint reader is not that sensitive and often had to resort to keypad or key.

Its a really nice door lock. the pin pad is like feather touch! Its just the finger print sensor that is weak. other than that. Its worth it.

I had professionals install this door handle system and the mechanism for the lock would not line up. We had to return the item.

After couple months of use, the finger print locking feature stopped working. It says it’s locked but its actually unlocked. Really upset about this.

Finger print reader never worked from day one. Now the latch for the door handle completely sheerd off. Definitely going to contacting the company. More info to follow.

It wasn't that easy to install on my door. I did manage to get it in only to have the door handle break about a week later. Quality is disappointing. The electronic door pad has been hit and miss. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I might have gotten a bad one but my suggestion is try another product.

The handle and mechanism is very tight, tighter than the key lock I had, I would highly recommend this product Thanks for attention!

I like that I dont have to worry about digging for my keys while groceries. I also like that it automatically locks back It can be noisy to open and close compared to a traditional lock and key.

One of the screw hole capsules is loose, it just endlessly spins around, does not tighten or loosen. Neither of the keys work, so that features is useless. If the batteries die, I'll be locked out of my house.
