Beautiful door handle with multiple features of opening the door. The door is battery operated so if it runs out of battery you have a pair a keys just in case, but you can also unlock with a fingerprint, access card, or pass code. So far each one has worked fine. It also has auto lock if you forget to lock your door which I tried to use, but sometimes when I'm going in and out the door I don't close the door in time, so I turned off although it's a nice option. If your door already has holes then it's super easy to install with the directions, but you'll have to drill at least one hole which they provided the drill bit for which was convenient! Overall it's a great looking door handle for our front door and it works well.
