these did not work for me simply because my shoes are too small. my daughter is able to use them and they have really helped her. they were recommended by my mom who has them and she loves them too. when i get some new, better fitting shoes i will try them again.

For really good support I would consider power steps or super feet however these products cost quite a bit more. I have p.f. and a heel spur and these are a real foot-saver. The first day I got them I told my husband that he had been replaced. Not quite as in love with them as I was that first day but they still work very well!

When you have a good support shoe and still need a bit more arch support and heel cushion these supports can keep you on your feet longer. They fit perfectly inside my Birkenstock sandals and add some extra comfort for my flat arches. There is no hard plastic piece to hurt collapsed arches; the arch pad is a dense rubbery foam.

These actually don't work for me due to the insane sensitivity to arch supports I have in one foot, but they provide great padding and stay in place well and interfere much less with the fit of the shoe than other beefier half soles.

I have many pairs of these. They give me good heel/arch support and yet take up less room in my shoes than conventional 3/4 length insoles. For shoes where the clearances are tight I have found these very nicely cushioned yet not so thick that they are uncomfortable to wear. They actually have been the only combination supports that will work for me in some shoes, so I'm glad I've found them.
