Excellent for my Heel Spurs

I have heel spurs nd PF, I got these hoping that my feet would not hurt anymore through out the day. I love these. I love that I can place them in any pair of shoes I own. The order came fast. I placed them in little black flats one day and a pair of white sneakers the next. Truly, truly happy I got these.
