This is a great Montessori educational toy! Wooden blocks with shapes that your child will learn to place in the right place. I gave it to my 13 month old daughter and she loved it! I showed my baby the colors and shapes before letting him explore and within a week he was starting to sort and organize all the shapes. When she got fed up with that, we arranged the shapes in the same color order. So it's quiet, versatile and ideal for teaching toddlers to play independently. It's also very small, so you can take it with you on long trips!
