Any complaints I have are minor and I will say I literally have well thought out gear work that perfectly fits your needs if that's what you're looking for! Okay, maybe not perfect, but whoever designed this did a great job! So let's start with the nitpicks. Need better guidance. There are a few things that this hardware can do that aren't even listed in the instructions, things I would return if they didn't have them, however once I figured out everything I thought was a problem or bug I realized how great it really is!an important point is that this whole contraption can move from side to side which is important if you want to work with it.right next to the wall as the whole thing moves e.g ur page tends when you don't rotate it. So well thought out here and I'm really glad I figured it out before sending it back. The only two complaints I have are that the spacing to the screens is a little tight and the mouse/keyboard area could have been bigger, but I used a very large ergonomic keyboard and mouse and they still fit, just barely . So maybe the screens can just be placed a bit further away from the mouse and keyboard. In addition, it is a well-built and very reliable device!
