Will not disconnect and reconnect

I'm using with iPhone 8. The big problem is that Bluetooth disconnects after a few minutes. Once Bluetooth is turned off, it will not reconnect automatically even if you try to reconnect in iPhone settings. The only solution to reconnect is to turn the speaker off and on again.
